For the past two decades Opticana has provided advanced optometric services. These include diagnosis of vision and fitting of suitable eyewear by a team of highly-trained professionals. Our optometrists’ use the most modern technology and equipment, and their work adheres to the highest and most rigorous standards.

Opticana runs 75 spacious optical stores throughout the country, each offering a pleasant shopping experience and a vast selection of fashionable, high-quality eyewear and accessories from the world’s leading designers and fashion houses.

Opticana’s stores operate in the largest shopping malls and city centers, and are open continuously for 12 hours a day – including Saturday evenings.

Professional Service
Professional optometrists, licensed by the Department of Health, are at the public's service in every store. Opticana employs 600 workers who are trained to provide customers with courteous and professional service.

Opticana operates a central laboratory at the company headquarters in Petah Tikva, where high-quality lenses are produced for our customers.

At the Forefront of Fashion Trends
Opticana is Cartier's sole representative in Israel and is the exclusive provider of products from other world-leading fashion houses.

Research & Development
Working with world-renown research institutes, Opticana takes part in the design and development of special lenses in the field of applied optics. In addition, Opticana is Israel’s sole distributor of multifocal lenses manufactured by SOLA, and of CU6 lenses which are of premium quality and include UV filter.

Warranty of Professional Examination
Opticana’s customers are entitled to a free optometric examination one year after their  purchases. The prescription and details of the examination are saved in Opticana’s computer database, allowing for appropriate follow-up. Every examination is done by a licensed optometrist.

Warranty of Replacement of Eyeglasses
Our customers are entitled to change eyeglasses, for any reason, within 14 days of purchase. The cost of transferring lenses to a new frame is paid by Opticana, except in cases in which the transfer requires new lenses. In this case, the customer is billed for half the price of the new lenses. When changing frames, the customer pays for the difference in price, or is credited with the difference if the new frame costs less than the previous. Alternatively, the customer is given a credit slip that is attached to the customer’s invoice, which can be used in any Opticana store. A customer may exchange eyeglass frames in any Opticana store.
